2026 Mammoth Wine Weekend

WINERY APPLICATION

Welcome to the 2026 winery application process! We’re excited to have you join us for another incredible weekend in Mammoth.

Please review the following requirements and important details before applying:

  • Applications close May 31, 2026.

  • Proof of insurance is required. A certificate of insurance must be provided prior to the event and you will need to add Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation to be listed to your liability for $1,000,000.

  • Each winery must have a designated pourer present during the event.

  • Please indicate which wines you plan to pour as part of your application.

Wine Delivery & Handling:

  • If shipping, your wine must arrive during the first week of August (exact dates to be provided).

  • If delivering in person, wine must be dropped off at the designated hotel location by 12:00 PM on Friday.

  • Do not bring wine directly to your tent—all wine must be checked in and approved by event staff prior to setup.

Pouring Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 full cases (60 bottles) is required to participate.

  • Wineries meeting this requirement will receive 8 lift tickets as part of their participation.

We look forward to reviewing your application and sharing another unforgettable Wine Weekend together!

WELCOME WINERIES

We expect more than 1,000 vino-loving attendees at the Wine Walk in The Village this year. We are proud to once again partner with A Frame Fine Wines & Spirits to offer an improved wine shopping experience, including a larger store-like wine sales layout with extended hours during the Wine Walk to better accommodate all attendees.

If selected, wineries are required to provide a minimum of four cases (48 bottles) of wine and at least one person to participate/pour at the event. Any wine not poured during the event will be collected by MMCF volunteers. In exchange, the winery will receive eight unrestricted/fully transferable 2025/26 Mammoth Mountain lift tickets, a $1,600 value.

The Mammoth Wine Weekend is a fundraising event for the Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation (MMCF), a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides funding through grants and scholarships to support educational and athletic programming throughout the Eastern Sierra.
